![]() I keep paying the invoices and chasing the cancellation. Next thing I have an invoice each month for several months even though the account is cancelled. This was done with my account manager who confirmed the cancellation. I was not happy with rates or the integration I decided to close my account. so I would strongly not recommend entering into any contracts with this company.Īfter being a customer of Sagepay/Elavon for over 10 years we now have the new Opayo/Elavon. Retrieved November 18, 2019.Elavon was a very stressfull & costly expirence.įirstly you're dealing with 2 companies and that seems to cause lots of confusion, it was all very confusing to set up your website, with very little support so I had to struggle myself, it turns out to be a very expensive service compared to Paypal, stripe probably many other similar companies out there, then I kept getting emails to go PCI compliant, very difficult to understand the questionnaire and again struggled to get phone support so cancelled our contract with Opayo and Elavon after 3 months of use then they started to charge a non PCI compliant charge of £25 plus Vat on top of already paying £6.00 plus Vat and now sending demand letters for the outstanding balance of £39.56 and again no freephone numbers to phone to sort it out and you just get bounced around different companies and departments to speak to someone that can help resolve the issues, they also charge full fees for complete months regardless of the fact we started at the very end of November and cancelled in Feb which then was the very beginning of March, even though they instantly shut your access to your online accounts and cart used to the end of a month so they simply use every tactic to get/take as much money from your bank accounts as possible.
